Box
Paper Box
2011

This project is evidence of an innovative representation of my practice position in the form of a functional piece of design - a paper box that may be used as a waste paper bin. It signifies the transformation of theory into a material piece of work. It is made from two sheets of inexpensive white recycled A3 paper. My practice position statement and a series of drawings as folding instructions are printed on one of the sheets. Following the folding instructions results in all the text and drawings disappearing into the inside folds and a white paper box appears.
